My wife and I used Craig to handle a massive undertaking, renovating our entire 2nd floor of our home, as well as rebuild multiple staircases. Craig was extremely fair with his pricing, and set a tight timeline for the completion. Craig was punctual, and his attention to detail was flawless! The complete product was better than we envisoned! When we listed the home, viewers had nothing but amazing things to say about the work that was done! Craig and his team at Lamy Construction did a renovation on our upstairs bedrooms and addressed some water damage issues in our bathroom. The main project involved moving a wall between two bedrooms to create space for a closet and opening up space under some stairs to create extra floor space with easy access. Craig opened and moved the wall, custom designed a closet, designed and built a custom nook to fit a dresser, and opened up and finished what had previously been a crawl space under a set of stairs. This involved some electrical work, as well as addressing a window frame that had previously been “creatively” framed. The bedroom looks great, and feels so much bigger now. Craig and his team handled everything from demo to finish details and paint professionally and they kept the work spaces (and the rest of the house) clean. We will absolutely use Lamy Construction for future projects. Craig is incredibly knowledgeable and thoughtful about his projects and recommendations.

Craig Lamy and his crew did an outstanding job designing and building our addition to our current deck. We wanted to have a recessed spa installed and gave Craig the task of coming up with ideas. His design, communication and workmanship went beyond our expectations. Prior to the project, Craig created a 3D concept view of his idea, which we loved, as it helped us visualize the plan. He worked with the spa company on dimensions and created a maintenance access panel to make it easy to make repairs, etc. Instead of using the standard footings, Craig had the knowledge and equipment to use pilings. He used his own equipment, which came in handy when he ran into several large boulders. All tools were always within reach as he left his “workshop on wheels” on site for the entire project. All cuts and joints were carefully constructed to give the finished project a professional look. From start to finish, Craig was always on site and let us know where he was on the project. Upon completions, worksite was left clean and raked out. We are definitely planning on using Lamy Construction for all of our future projects

If you want a great contractor that completely understands your needs Craig Lamy, and his crew is your guy. He did such a great job. It was like he was able to get into my head and see exactly what I envisioned and made it come into light him and his crew were very fast. Did everything in a timely manner cleaned up after themselves ,very reliable ,and was very easy to communicate with . Also any concerns or questions that I thought he had answers to. Would highly I mean highly recommend his company to anybody that wants quality work he has it . Even his ideas were so good that I had him use them . We had about 8 porch windows, a door and a slider replaced, along with updates to our porch from 1960. It turned out to be so much more than just windows. Now the outside of the house all matches and is up to date and we have a beautiful new porch to use. Craig and his team were extremely professional and courteous.
